Are you a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for supporting educational initiatives? The School of Financial Planning is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our team. As the Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, events, and providing support for our administration and initiatives that target key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors warmly and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries.

Assist the Business Manager in maintaining office coverage, including during lunch hours.

Maintain non-class scheduling of meeting rooms and assist students as needed.

Manage the school's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Serve as the Scholarship Coordinator, maintaining databases and providing logistical support for alumni relations.

Coordinate outreach initiatives, including event planning and logistics tracking.

Produce digital newsletters and disseminate school news to stakeholders.

Collaborate with the dean's office events staff to coordinate school events and outreach initiatives.

Process travel applications and vouchers across academic programs and outreach initiatives.

Work with the college's marketing team to promote outreach initiatives through content creation.

Maintain an up-to-date website for the school in collaboration with faculty and staff.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Go-getter, with the ability to lead tasks successfully.

Results-driven and dependable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in social media management and use of Canva for graphics.

Experience in event coordination and administrative support.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
