The Master of Quantitative Economics (MQE) is an innovative graduate degree program aimed at empowering students with the quantitative and analytical skills necessary to solve the challenges of today's business world.

The MQE Assistant Director of Student Engagement & Operations supports MQE students with academic and career planning services and advances the overall efforts of the MQE program. Manages individual and group career coaching and academic advising of MQE students and designs and delivers workshops and trainings on a variety of career related subjects such as job search strategies, resume writing, interview techniques, and networking strategies. Supports corporate engagement activities and ensures students are engaging with a robust network of employers.

As a member of the MQE team, this position also takes an active role in supporting student recruitment, enrollment, student services, delivery of career-focused events and MQE program management.

Furthermore, this position will advance the goals and priorities of the MQE program by providing support to the Chair of the Department and MQE Faculty Director in tracking student progress, issuing reports, producing market research summaries, writing memos and documents, and helping produce and keep track of MQE files and outcomes.
