The Heritage College Office of Inclusion is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Inclusion on our Cleveland Campus. Our Inclusion Office develops and implements strategies, programs and activities on all three of our campuses that promote diversity through educational learning experiences and cultural competency training for students, faculty and staff. This position is eligible for 1 day remote work per week.

About the Position:
The Assistant Director, Inclusion is responsible for the design, implementation, and assessment of inclusion programming for students, faculty, and staff of the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine.
While campus-specific initiatives take priority, this is a HCOM position (including all three campuses) and requires close collaboration with the Assistant Directors in the other two campuses and individuals at all levels within the College and in the surrounding community.
The Assistant Director has a key role in assisting faculty, staff, and students in achieving high levels of student success and employee excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in educational psychology, education, communication, or related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the bachelor's degree requirement.
- 3 years of work related experience
