The Master of Quantitative Economics (MQE) is an innovative graduate degree program aimed at empowering students with the quantitative and analytical skills necessary to solve the challenges of today's business world. This position plays an important role in helping students prepare for the professional workplace.

The Assistant Director of Career Programs & Marketing will provide direct career development services to students, coordinate career events and programs and oversee digital marketing efforts for the MQE. The incumbent will develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase program visibility worldwide to support employer outreach efforts, identification of potential students, and promote community/alumni engagement activities. The Assistant Director will also provide direct career services to MQE students including career coaching, resume writing, job search and interview preparation efforts and maintain career outcomes for all MQE cohorts. Primary duties include: (1) Design digital marketing materials. (2) Provide career development training and programs to support students in reaching their post-MQE career goals (3) Recruit and provide program details to potential students worldwide. (4) Maintain tracking of MQE students and graduates to ensure post-graduate success (5) Recruit and oversee a group of student ambassadors who support recruitment, career development and outreach efforts (6) Assist employer outreach efforts as directed (7) Prepare specialized reports and updates for Outreach Director, Faculty Director and Chair. (8) Coordinate with Program Director and Faculty Director on special projects. Work will include some evenings, weekends and travel.
