Position Description
Performs routine administrative support or technical program assistance work. Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Major/Essential Functions
- Serves as Graduate Affairs Receptionist
- Supports graduate scheduling through enrollment verification, course histories, changes and withdrawals/admits
- Verify funded student enrollment
- Coordinate submission of graduate student annual reviews
- Submit SharePoint forms, print out calendar for facilities and prepare appropriate forms
- Mail acceptance letters for graduate students
- Collect syllabi and final grades of students
- Coordinate student presentations for final projects, theses, dissertations
- Assist with graduate and MCOM travel
- Maintain email lists of students and update alumni info
- Assist with graduate student academic advising
- Maintain email lists of student and update alumni info

- Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operations of the Graduate Affairs Office
Required Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Five years office experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.
