Position Summary: To oversee, supervise and lead major units within Academic Affairs toward the accomplishment of College goals.

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee, supervise and lead Off-Campus programs including Livingston, Cookeville and Springfield campuses and other limited service sites, including maintaining the list of off-campus instructional offerings and coordinating the new site development process. Maintain the faculty handbooks; assemble various reports for Academic Affairs. Develop and maintain articulation agreements with outside colleges and universities. Coordinate Academic Affairs activities with the Office of K-12 Partnerships, including but not limited to dual enrollment. Assist with accreditation-related processes within Academic Affairs, including coordinating substantive change notifications and institutional effectiveness processes for Academic Affairs with the Institutional Effectiveness Research Planning and Assessment office. Analyze class schedules relative to student enrollment patterns, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement. Oversee the process and approvals for academic suspension appeals. Serve as Perkins Coordinator for the college. Consult on physical facilities use for Academic Affairs. Provide support for Academic Deans as assigned. Assist in the development of the budget for Academic Affairs. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Master's degree. Seven years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Two or more years teaching experience in a community college, or other higher education setting. Two or more years of college administrative experience/leadership positions working with faculty is preferred -including, for example, positions as Chair, Asst. Dean, Dean, - and other relevant administrative experience. Experience with dual enrollment, grant management, and academic scheduling.. Experience with SACSCOC accreditation standards and substantive change policy and processes.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to complete a variety of reports and assignments. Excellent organizational skills. Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft applications.

Pay Rate: 84,220.00 - 105,280.00 annual salary depending on experience
